Step 1: Apply
- Professionally licensed counselors must have the following qualifications:
- A LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, and PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- Reliable internet connection
- HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform
- Agree to be interviewed by gait
- Signed contract with gait
- Subscribe to our statement of faith.
- Provisionally licensed counselors must have the following qualifications:
- Have a qualified clinical supervisor
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- Reliable internet connection
- HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform
- Agree to be interviewed by gait
- Signed contract with gait
- Subscribe to our statement of faith.
Step 2: Meet your mentor
Your mentor will lead a monthly cohort group and will be there to support you with any questions you may have.
